At Teanna Lambert Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality content, resources, and support to help you achieve your financial goals. Because of the digital and personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions as outlined below.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Downloads)
Due to the instant access and digital nature of our products, all sales of digital products are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Online courses (e.g., The Paycheck Shift)

Digital workbooks, templates, or PDFs

Webinars or workshops with replay access
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Coaching Services (1:1 or Group)
All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the coaching relationship has begun. However:

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule without penalty.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

In the event of an emergency, please reach out and we will handle each case with understanding and discretion.
If you have pre-paid for a coaching package and need to discontinue before completing all sessions, please contact us directly to discuss your options. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. Events & Workshops (Live or Virtual)
Tickets for live or virtual events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend:

You may request access to a replay (if available)

You may transfer your registration to another person with advance notice and approval
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us at [email protected] to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider. Filing a dispute without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may result in revoked access to current or future products or services.
